What qualities is the School seeking?

First and foremost, RCDS is looking for candidates who are passionate about and dedicated to ensuring outstanding educational experiences for students. That is true for every position in the School. We seek to identify, recruit, and develop faculty and staff who will enrich our school community with their talents, perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. We look for people who thrive in a collaborative environment, who find satisfaction in challenge, and who, like our students, are committed to learning and growing. 

For all teaching positions, a bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ teaching experience.
