After School Programs
After School Clubs
March 26 - May 18, 2018
Mondays - Fridays from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.*
After school clubs are offered in the fall, winter, and spring. Students who participate in the extended day program may attend clubs and then go to extended day afterwards. Clubs provide a wonderful opportunity to get to know teachers in a different way, to learn something new, and to have fun with friends after school.
Registration for clubs takes place three times a year via the registration portal below. The fee is $200.00 per club. In addition, there may be a $20 supplies fee depending upon the club. Both the club and supplies fee will be charged to your school account.
*This spring there is one club (Middle School 3-D Adventure Gaming) which meets from 3:45-5:00 p.m.
Clubs will meet every day from 3:15-4:15pm, with the exception of Mr. Tofano’s club Middle School 3-D Adventure Gaming, which meets from 3:45-5:00pm on Fridays. Children will be provided a snack from dismissal time until 3:15 in the LS Dining Room. The cost of snack is included in the overall price of clubs, and you do not need to send any additional money for a snack or drink. There is no bus transportation at 4:15; therefore all students should be picked up at 4:15 in the Lower School pick-up circle. After 4:00 p.m. calls regarding changes of dismissal should be made to Katy Carroll, (914) 967-1417x4425.
Please do not send payments by check, as club fees will be charged to your school account. Clubs will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Acceptance is automatic upon registration.

Children are dismissed from their classrooms to the Lower School Library. They unwind from their school day by selecting from a variety of activities, including board games, computer, and "craft of the week." A snack is provided in the Lower School dining hall, followed by an outdoor recess period, weather permitting. On selected days, students visit other classrooms to participate in art, music, science, and computer activities. A homework time rounds out the day, with support provided as needed.
Drop-ins are permitted, but require a note/email to the child's teacher as well as to the Director of Extended Day.
