Open House

The Rye Country Day School 2024 Open House will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Prospective students and families who are interested in applying for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 are welcome to attend. Our campus is located at 3 Cedar Street, Rye, NY 10580. 

At our Open House, you will have the opportunity to explore campus, meet members of the community, visit open classrooms, and learn more about how RCDS ignites a lifelong passion for learning.

10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Open Campus for Pre-Kindergarten — Grade 12

Choose your own Wildcat adventure, and explore RCDS at your own pace! Visit open classrooms, meet members of the community stationed throughout the campus, and learn more about the RCDS educational experience.

Lower School

11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Optional Remarks and Upper School Student Panel

Head of School Randall Dunn and Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management Courtney Doucette will formally welcome all prospective families. Following their remarks, several Upper School students will share their firsthand experience as an RCDS student. This session is optional and runs concurrently with Open Campus.

This session is intended for prospective Middle and Upper School students and parents/guardians. For families with young children, there will be a play area where the session will be livestreamed for their parents/guardians.
