Internship Opportunities

The RCDS Office of Alumni Relations launched its Summer Internship Program in 2024. This initiative is aimed at providing valuable, real-world professional experiences across a wide range of fields for YOU, our college-age alumni. These opportunities are made possible through the generous partnership of our parents and guardians. Internship hours, duration, and flexibility are determined by the sponsoring organizations, and positions may be paid or unpaid based on the nature of the opportunity.

Applying for Summer Internship Opportunities

How Do I Apply to Opportunities WITHOUT a Direct Link to an Application?

1. Email your cover letter and resume, along with the company name and title to internship@ryecountryday.org. If applying to multiple companies, kindly send separate emails. The Office of Alumni Relations will forward your application to the company or companies.
2. Deadline for all applications without a direct link is Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. 
3. Following this deadline, I will promptly email all applicant resumes and cover letters directly to the prospective sponsors for their review. 
4. You will be contacted directly by the companies to which you applied no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2025.  All employers will review applicants and make hiring decisions at their discretion. 

How Do I Apply to Opportunities WITH a Direct Link to an Application?

1. Apply at the link provided by the company and kindly adhere to their deadline.
2. Send an email to internship@ryecountryday.org with your full name, company or companies, and the positions that you applied to. This step is vital so that we can alert the company that you are an applicant from Rye Country Day School.
3. You will be contacted directly by the companies to which you applied. All employers will review applicants and make hiring decisions on their own timeline and at their own discretion.
