We bring the best entertainment to the world by hiring the best minds in the world, and that begins with our summer internship program in the United States. As an intern at Netflix, you’ll work alongside world-class innovators and take your skills to a new level in a variety of areas that encompass our technology, entertainment, and business teams.
Internships at Netflix are typically a 12-week summer experience that immerse you in our unique company culture. You’ll become a valued member of your team and work on meaningful projects that directly impact our business and global audience. Some of the best talent in the world will provide you and your fellow interns with unique opportunities for collaboration and mentorship that will empower you to do the best work in your early careers. All the while, our Programs team will keep the summer dynamic and engaging, helping you deepen your understanding of entertainment and tech as you build your network with fellow interns and Netflixers.
We welcome students who are enrolled in university and pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree.
