Wildcat Weekend - Homecoming & Reunion
In October of each year, we welcome alumni from all class years to Wildcat Weekend, a spirited weekend filled with athletic events, an alumni panel, an all-alumni cocktail reception with the Head of School, faculty, and more.
Due to the current pandemic, all events surrounding 2020 Reunion and Wildcat Weekend have been rescheduled for the fall of 2021. More information will be sent regarding these events closer to that time.
We look forward to celebrating the Classes ending in ‘0, ‘1, ‘5 and ‘6 in what will be a truly memorable weekend to come!
Alumni Hall of Fame Dinner
The Alumni Hall of Fame was created by the Alumni Executive Board to recognize alumni for their post-RCDS accomplishments. The Alumni Hall of Fame dinner is held every other year (even-numbered years) during Wildcat Weekend.

Thanksgiving Games
A twenty five year tradition at RCDS, this annual event attracts alumni and their families who come together to visit with their coaches and relive their glory days as RCDS athletes. Alumni return year after year to play hockey and basketball and to visit with Coach Frank Effinger, Coach Gil Castagna, Coach John Sabia, Athletic Director Wendy Haft, and others. The games and reception take place on the Friday evening following Thanksgiving.
Networking Panel and Reception
A panel of accomplished alumni share their career experiences, followed by a reception and a chance to meet alumni leaders in diverse industries. This event is open to the senior class and all alumni. Alumni who are building their networks, exploring careers, or considering a professional transition are encouraged to attend.
Regional Alumni Receptions
RCDS arranges several events and receptions throughout the Northeast and across the country. Check the "Upcoming Events" section in alumni e-Newsletters or the registrations available above to see if there is an upcoming reception close by.
Blue & Gold Dinner
Every year, the Senior Class gathers shortly before graduation for the Blue & Gold Dinner, which is sponsored by the Advancement Office. During that dinner, we honor the graduating class as the newest members of our alumni community. The Alumni Executive Board joins the seniors as we celebrate their accomplishments and welcome them to the Alumni Association.
Head of School's Circle Reception
In the fall, the Head of School and the Board of Trustees invite Annual Giving donors at the $2,500 level and above to a reception honoring their generosity and celebrating the success of the previous year's campaign.
