Jack de Haan ’24 Wins Second Place Prize in Inter-University Speech Contest in Beijing, China
Rye Country Day Alum and Brown University Sophomore Jack de Haan ’24 earned second place in the Inter-University Speech Contest in Beijing, China, this past summer.
As part of the university’s East Asian Studies Summer Fellowship, Jack represented Brown in this past summer's Princeton in Beijing program, a high-quality intensive program in intermediate and advanced Chinese language study.
