On Monday, April 8, Laura Baine ’20, a senior attack on Wesleyan’s Women’s Lacrosse team, was recognized as the NESCAC Player of the Week. This recognition came after Laura totaled 12 points in Wesleyan’s pair of wins over #17-ranked Amherst and #3-ranked Tufts.
In the Cardinals’ 17-8 win over Amherst, Laura finished with 7 points (4 goals, 3 assists), matching her single-game career-high. In Saturday’s 17-15 win against Tufts, she tallied a career-high 5 goals. Laura currently has 36 points on the season, including 26 over the last five games alone.
