Robert Herbst ’76 P’11,‘14 Wins Gold Medal at the Full Power National Powerlifting Championships
On July 13, Robert Herbst ’76 P’11,‘14 continued his powerlifting career, taking home the gold medal at the Full Power National Powerlifting Championships held in Hanson, MA.
Robert competed in the middleweight division (75 kgs/165 lbs). His final lifts were:
-Squat (85 kgs/187 lbs)
-Bench Press (85 kgs/187 lbs)
-Deadlift (160 kgs/353 lbs)
Following this victory, Robert will start training for the World Championships later this year on November 2.
