US 3D Art Exhibit: Liminal Space

Students in Ceramics/Sculpture 1, Ceramics/Sculpture 3, Honors Ceramics and Sculpture, and AP Three Dimensional Design classes explore the space between process and transition to arrive at transformation in their art-making experience.

Describing her creative process, AP 3D Design student Olivia Nash '20 said, "Starting with a sketch of a triangle, I've used the laser cutter, 3D printer, and vinyl cutter to create different pieces that all share the common theme of the original triangular shape. I've been able to experiment with different colors and materials to add contrast and balance into my projects."
