Squash Clinics

RCDS students have the opportunity to participate in group lessons with Coach Landman, the Director of Squash at RCDS. These clinics offer K-8 students the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of squash (movement, balance, and speed); to develop hand-eye coordination and basic squash technique; to learn the rules of squash, how to keep score, and play a squash match; and to create a positive environment and to promote sportsmanship, respect, and etiquette among all players.

About Coach Elani Landman

Elani Landman is the Director of Squash at Rye Country Day School, where she directs the Pre-K-12 Squash program, teaches PE Squash, coaches Varsity and Middle School squash, and helps to coach Middle School field hockey.

Led the University of Johannesburg to four consecutive collegiate championship titles
Holds five consecutive South African National team titles for her provincial team, Central Gauteng
