June Sports Camps

Time: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.

This program is a great opportunity for participants who are interested in playing varsity or JV soccer in the fall season. Players will be working on speed training, technical and tactical skills in a fun environment.

Suggested Equipment: Sneakers, soccer ball, 6 cones or item serving as a cone.

Time: 9:00-10:30 a.m.

Basketball This program is a great opportunity for participants who are interested in playing basketball in the winter season. Players will be working on speed training, technical and tactical skills in a fun environment. Basketball will not conflict with football and is open to both boys' and girls'.

Suggested Equipment: Sneakers, 2 basketballs, 2 tennis balls

Description: The RCDS Field Hockey program is excited to offer our June camp in July. The camp goals are to provide a positive teaching environment that allows each athlete to improve her individual skills and understand game concepts while enjoying the game of field hockey.

Suggested Equipment: Field hockey stick, goggle, ball, mouth guard and 8 cones or item serving as cone.

This program is a great opportunity for participants who are interested in playing football in the fall season. Players will be working on speed training, technical and tactical skills in a fun environment. Football will not conflict with basketball.

Suggested Equipment: Sneakers, football optional
