Community Sustainable Cooking Demo featuring Chef Marwin Brown

In celebration of Earth Day, socially-conscious chef Marwin Brown hosted a cooking demo featuring "food you already have in the pantry, refrigerator, and house." Chef Brown speaks to a number of important topics, ranging from food preservation to food security.
