RAMP: Resilience in Alumni Mentor Partnerships - Connecting RCDS Students of Color with RCDS Alumni of Color
We are seeking alumni mentors for RAMP. This program will build meaningful connections between alumni mentors and Upper School students who identify as People of Color (POC). Please fill out the form below to submit your application to become a volunteer.

Please answer the questionnaire below with as many details as possible to help us make a successful pairing between you and a student mentee. Based on demand and interest, some volunteers will be paired with an individual mentee, and others will have opportunities to partake in group mentoring events related to race and ethnicity.
NOTE: In order to become a mentor in this program, you must submit to a national background check, which will be facilitated by RCDS. This is required of all Rye Country Day employees and volunteers who interact with children.
