"Mindful Meal" Culminates Science & Sustainability of Food Elective

To culminate their coursework in the Science & Sustainability of Food elective, students hosted a farm -to -table lunch for Upper School students and faculty. As a part of the course, which is co-taught with staff from Stone Barns, students participated in cooking labs, conversations with farmers and other food producers, worked in the campus gardens, and visited local farms to explore the science and sustainability of food.
