Rye Country Day School's Center for Innovative Teaching & Learning offers faculty and staff exciting opportunities to engage in action research. The Center realizes RCDS's commitment to continual professional growth by enabling our educators to develop and implement student-centered initiatives that advance the School's mission.

To advance growth and innovation, the Center supports 15 professional renewal projects each year.

This employee-led program convenes groups of colleagues across disciplines and departments to co-create their growth.
