RCDS Block Party Joy!

On Sunday, September 14, the RCDS community came together for the Back-to-School Block Party to celebrate the start of the 2025-26 school year. Students, families, and employees gathered on a beautiful day to an energetic soundtrack courtesy of DJ Chaim Sciamma ’27. 

New friends connected and old friends caught up while enjoying delicious eats from a variety of food trucks, shopping spirit wear from the Wildcat Den, and engaging in fun activities for the whole family–from pumpkin decorating and LEGO stations to face painting and Gaga ball. The highlight? The chance to hug and high-five Willy the Wildcat!

Many thanks to the Offices of Events and DEI and our Wildcat Den volunteers for coordinating this terrific annual gathering. Special shout to our vendors Longford’s Ice Cream, Walter’s Hot Dogs, and Coalhouse Pizza.
