13 members of Rye Country Day School’s Class of 2027 were named Semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program due to their outstanding performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). The nationwide pool of National Merit Semifinalists represents less than one percent of high school seniors in the United States. 

As Semifinalists, the 13 Seniors advance to the next round in the competition to be considered for a National Merit Scholarship.
