Division-Wide Recycling Challenge

Another recycling challenge, another huge success! This year, the Lower and Middle School Divisions finished tied for first place, while the Business Office won the top slot on the faculty/staff side of the competition.

The RCDS Recycling Challenge, which began on November 15 (America Recycles Day) and continued until January 6, encourages our students, faculty, and staff to be more conscious about what does and does not go in the recycling bins. Throughout the challenge, members of the Upper School in AP Environmental Science and the Environmental Club led the charge by checking bins throughout the school. The Green Team in the Middle School and the Help Our Mother Earth (H.O.M.E.) Club in the Lower School also did their part to monitor.

In addition to the three divisions, faculty and staff in the Admissions Building, Business Office, and Athletic Center offices also competed in this friendly competition.
