Fourth-Grade Leadership Day
On Friday, October 4, the fourth graders held their Leadership Day. The entire grade came together to discuss the qualities that make great leaders and brainstormed a fourth-grade motto for the 2024-25 school year.
The event, which took place in the fourth-grade hallway, featured a panel of Upper School Peer Leaders. After the panel discussion, the fourth graders worked in small groups with the Peer Leaders to practice their own leadership in a variety of scenarios.
It was an exciting day that fostered leadership skills, inspired our fourth graders, and strengthened the sense of connection among students.
