A Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 12 co-educational independent day school in Westchester County, New York
Lower Schoolers put the RCDS motto, "Not for Self, but for Service," into action! The Grade 4 Sustainability Club picked, sorted, and donated the Lower School Garden harvest to Meals on Main Street in Port Chester. A longtime RCDS community partner, Meals on Main Street's mission is to eliminate food insecurity and provide access to nutritious meals for all in need.
Jewish Community Circle, the Upper School Jewish affinity group, held an all-school Hanukkah celebration this morning.
RCDS families participated to learn about the recruiting process for students hoping to continue their academic and athletic careers in college.
Roboticists in Grades 3-5 enjoyed a friendly Sumobots competition, while Lower Schoolers explored and enjoyed STEAM Activities.
The conference’s theme focused on wellness, resiliency, and mental health in schools.
