At the beginning of May, all Middle School students enjoyed the learning and community that come from engaging field trips.
Grades 6, 7, and 8 participated in experiential learning overnight trips to New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC, respectively. Visiting these cities gave the students a glimpse into history, politics and government, and the arts, as well as plenty of bonding experiences and fun memories. From monument tours to museums and landmarks, each trip included a range of exciting and fun activities.
Grade 5 traveled north, for a day trip to the Norwalk aquarium. Their favorite part? Feeding the rays! It was a close second to the thrill of watching the 4D movie BBC Earth's Octopus, which included water spraying and bubbles dropping from the ceiling.
