In June, Josie Choi ’26, Mei Macintyre ’26, Caroline Pereira ’27, and Chase Tucker ’27 of the Oxyfloat team presented at the 2026 BioDesign Challenge Summit hosted at the Museum of Modern Art and Parsons School of Design in New York City.
Joined by STEAM Assistant Teacher, Ms. Katie Rosell, the team showcased their project to leading thinkers in academia, industry, art, and design while advancing their innovative solution to one of today's most pressing environmental challenges.
RCDS was recognized as a Silver Awardee in a field dominated by university and graduate programs from more than 60+ schools across 20+ countries.
