On November 14, the RCDS STEAM teachers teamed up with Science Teacher Association of New York State (STANYS) and Mercy University to host a STEAM Social for local teachers on campus in the RCDS Makerspace. 

This annual event provided an opportunity for teachers to explore innovative ways to integrate makerspaces and interdisciplinary STEAM activities into their curriculum.

During the gathering, ten educators from RCDS shared their hands-on experiences and offered valuable insights into how they have incorporated STEAM principles and makerspace projects into their classrooms. The session allowed participants to exchange ideas and best practices, sparking new inspiration for future classroom initiatives.
