Robert Herbst ’76 Wins Three Gold Medals at the Single Event National Powerlifting Championships
On April 6, Robert Herbst ’76 continued his impressive powerlifting career, bringing home three gold medals at the Single Event National Powerlifting Championships held in Evansville, IN.
Robert competed in the middleweight division (75 kgs/165 lbs). His final lifts were:
-Squat (120 kgs/264 lbs)
-Bench Press (82.5 kgs/181.5 lbs)
-Deadlift (165 kgs/363 lbs)
After his impressive performance at the Single Event National Powerlifting Championships, Robert has amassed a total of 57 National Championships.
