That’s a wrap on the Upper School One Acts! Student directors staged comedies and dramas that explore how various individuals respond to high-pressure situations, ranging from first dates to college interviews. It was an evocative night of theater in the Black Box!

In addition to showcasing their voices, the first graders demonstrated their newly acquired and much-practiced knowledge of the difference between steady beat and rhythm through the use of tubano drums, glockenspiels, and other unpitched percussion instruments.
