In 2024, Veer B. ’31 won three bronze medals in fencing tournaments throughout the tri-state. Veer earned two of the medals at the regional level and one at the national level.

On August 18, Veer won the bronze medal at the Trick-or-Retreat Regional Tournament, placing third out of 33 contestants in the Youth Under 12 age group. On November 29, he won his second bronze medal at the Cobra Challenge in the Youth Under 12 age group, earning third place out of 111 entries. Veer rounded out 2024 by winning his third bronze medal at the Ultimate Fencing Regional Youth Circuit on December 23, finishing third out of 42 contestants.

In addition to these three medals, Veer placed in the top 12 in three additional fencing tournaments during the second half of 2024 (8th, 10th, and 12th place).
