Veer B. ’31 Participates in USA Fencing Junior Olympics, Medals in Individual Tournament

It was a standout season for Veer B. '31, who competed in five national fencing tournaments this year, including the prestigious USA Fencing Junior Olympics. 

On March 21, Veer earned a Division II Men's Epee bronze medal at the Miles Chamley-Watson Cup RYC/RJCC/ROC in Atlantic City, NJ. On January 17, he placed 19th out of 190 competitors at the Capitol Clash SYC/RCC & Y8 in National Harbor, MD.

On January 10, Veer participated in the USA Fencing Junior Olympics Cadet Men's Epee tournament in Kansas City, MO, where he finished 168th out of 307 — well above an initial seeding of 249. On November 29–30, he competed in the Cobra Challenge SYC/RCC in Secaucus, NJ, finishing 18th out of 99 for the Cadet Men’s Epee category on Day One and 28th out of 139 for the Y14 Category on Day Two.
