Annual Senior Transition Series Program

9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Zoom details will be sent directly to seniors.
The College Counseling Office, the Health and Wellness initiative, the Public Purpose initiative, and the Diversity and Inclusion initiative are collaborating to offer information and insights about the transition to college. 

We will offer required sessions on the following topics: Mental Health and Wellness, Substance Use and Prevention, Consent and Healthy Relationships, and a discussion with Admissions Officers about the current landscape of Colleges in the COVID-19 era. 

Students will also have the chance to select from  sessions on the topics of: Financial Wellness, Matriculating While Other, Making the Most of Daily College Life, Course Registration and Academic Concerns, and Navigating the Financial Aid process at College.

The Blue & Gold Dinner
: A Virtual Welcome to the Alumni Association

7:30 p.m. - Zoom details will be emailed to seniors.
The Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations in conjunction with the Alumni Executive Board will hold their annual celebration to welcome seniors to the RCDS alumni community.

**Seniors will be receiving a special package in the mail on or around May 20, which is to be opened during the virtual dinner.

Junior/Senior Challenge

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Zoom details will be sent directly to seniors and juniors
The seniors will take on the juniors in a wide range of activities led by the 11th and 12th grade deans. More information will be shared the week of May 18.

Thursday, June 4

Upper School Prize Day

In a video broadcast, we will announce the Upper School prize winners. Winners and their families will be alerted about their prizes in advance of the broadcast.The broadcast will be shared on RCDS news and e-mailed to families of prize winners.

Friday, June 5


4:00 p.m. - Details for this special broadcast will be emailed to families.

  • Next week: Your formal invitation to the virtual graduation ceremony will arrive in the mail.
  • On or around May 20: Seniors will be receiving a special package in the mail to be opened during the virtual Blue & Gold dinner on May 27.
  • Week of May 26: Seniors will be receiving a special hand-delivered package this week from the Offices of Alumni Relations and College Counseling.
  • On or around June 1: Seniors will be receiving a special hand-delivered package in the days leading up to Graduation.
